The Fungi Poem

The Fungi

The fungi is running a mile,
Peoplre say that it's so vile!
It rests upon the filthy ground,
People see it lying around.
He can be seen by the naked eye,
He wears a big polka dot tie!
It grows upon the kitchen floor,
It squirms around from door to door.
He makes your mother scream and run,
Watching her flee is loads of fun!
It is poisonous so do not eat,
He doesn't make a very good seat.
But scienctists who ought to know,
How fungi puts on a great show.
When fungi starts to disappear,
Be sure to give a great big cheer!
